1. Register first and inform the customer service of your member ID.
2. Check the address of the overseas warehouse first in [Warehouse Address].
* When placing an order on a website, enter your member number (RS*****) in the address section of the order.
3. After the package is shipped, obtain the logistics tracking number.
4. Go to [Add Order], choose the appropriate route, and fill in the details.
5. When the package arrives at the overseas warehouse, it will be received for consolidation according to the shipping details you provided.
6. After the warehouse has finished packing and calculating the fees, you will be notified to make a payment.
7. Before shipment, the payment will be deducted automatically. The package will be arranged for air or sea transport back to Taiwan and delivered to you as soon as possible.
You can check the progress of the shipment at any time. When the package arrives in Taiwan, the EZWAY app will also notify you on your phone.

A2. What if You Encounter Issues While Registering?

Quick Troubleshooting & Suggestions

  • The Easiest Way: Switch Browsers or Devices Sometimes, browser Cache or Extensions (such as ad blockers) can interfere with the registration process. It is recommended to try Google Chrome's "Incognito Mode" first, as this usually resolves most compatibility issues.
    • Note: Internet Explorer is outdated and no longer supported by most modern websites; please skip it.
  • The Most Direct Way: Contact Customer Service If you have already tried switching browsers and it still doesn't work, contacting customer service directly is usually the most effective solution, as they can identify the specific error codes in the backend.

  • Security Reminder (Regarding Option 3) When providing "full information" to customer service, please ensure that the channel is an official one. We recommend contacting them via Line first to verify their identity before providing necessary details (such as account name or phone number). Never provide sensitive personal data like your ID number or bank passwords in an unsecure environment.

Pro Tip

If you are currently on a company internal network (Intranet) or using a VPN, this may sometimes cause registration to fail. We suggest switching to your phone's 5G/4G mobile data and trying again; this usually has a much higher success rate.

A3. What is a Member ID, and What is Its Purpose?

  1. Unique Identification Code: Upon completing registration, you will receive a unique Member ID based on your region:

    • Taiwan Users: RS + 5-digit member number

    • Hong Kong Users: HK + 5-digit member number

    • Malaysia Users: MY + 5-digit member number

  2. Mandatory Field for Online Shopping: When entering shipping information on overseas shopping platforms, it is mandatory to include your Member ID in the recipient’s name or address field. This allows our overseas warehouse staff to quickly identify your package and arrange for immediate inbound processing.

  3. Correct Entry Format: For detailed instructions and format examples for each country's warehouse, please log in to the Member Center and refer to the 【Warehouse Address】 section on the 【Red Sea International Logistics】 website.
